BILLIE LOONEY

FREDERICKTOWN -- Billie Looney, 68, of Fredericktown died Wednesday, Aug. 24, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born July 4, 1926, at Burfordville, daughter of Clyde and Stella Rush Proffer.

On Sept. 30, 1948, at Houston, Texas, she married Joe Looney. He survives.

She was a housewife and member of Faith Tabernacle.

Other survivors are one son, Kirby Lynn Looney of the home; two sisters, Lillian Carver, Farmington, and Helen Chandler, Granite City, Ill.; and twin granddaughters.

Service will be today at 1 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home here with the Rev. Buck Proffer and the Rev. Gene Proffer officiating. Burial will be in Baker Cemetery at Marble Hill.
