BLOOMFIELD -- Bill Duncan, 60, of Bloomfield died Sunday, Dec. 20, 1998, at his home. He was born Aug. 11, 1938, at Sturdivant, son of Charles and Octa Welker Duncan. He and Mary Parks were married Sept. 6, 1958, at Bloomfield. Survivors include his wife; a son, Charles Duncan of Bloomfield; a daughter, Donna Aslin of Bloomfield; two sisters, Betty Sutton of Arnold, Ruth White of Park Hills; and two grandchildren...

BLOOMFIELD -- Bill Duncan, 60, of Bloomfield died Sunday, Dec. 20, 1998, at his home.

He was born Aug. 11, 1938, at Sturdivant, son of Charles and Octa Welker Duncan. He and Mary Parks were married Sept. 6, 1958, at Bloomfield.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Charles Duncan of Bloomfield; a daughter, Donna Aslin of Bloomfield; two sisters, Betty Sutton of Arnold, Ruth White of Park Hills; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son and three brothers.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bob Holland officiating. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
