MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Bill G. Cheek, 72, of Marble Hill passed away Friday, May 9, 2014, at his home.
He was born Sept. 11, 1941, in Glenallen, Missouri, son of Norman and Ora Mary Haynes Cheek. He and Donna West were married April 5, 2014.
Bill was owner of Hidden Valley Camp Ground and B&B Construction Co. He was a member of Millers Chapel.
Survivors include his wife, Donna of Marble Hill; a son, Gene Cheek of Belleville, Illinois; two stepsons, Kevin Turner of Oakville, Wisconsin, and Kraig Turner of St. Louis; a brother, Robert Cheek of Imperial, Missouri; and a stepgranddaughter, Hailey Turner.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Fred Ritter officiating. Burial will be in Old Trace Creek Cemetery near Glenallen.
