PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Beulah A. Winkler, 85, of Perryville died Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 26, 1919, at Apple Creek, Mo., daughter of William G. and Emma Zoellner Schnurbusch. She and Leo Winkler were married Sept. 20, 1939, at Apple Creek. He died Feb. 21, 1978.
Winkler was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabella, Ladies Sodality and Ministry of Praise.
Survivors include five sons, Gerald Winkler of Chesterfield, Mo., Richard Winkler of Zeeland, Mich., Allen Winkler of Perryville, Stanley Winkler of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., Mark Winkler of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Harold Schnurbusch of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Ada Trapp of Perryville; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. today, and Friday from 6:30 to 9:50 a.m. The parish wake with Daughters of Isabella and Ladies Sodality will be at 7 tonight. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Friday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
