Beulah Marie Borum, 85, 1811 Niemann, died Monday, Aug. 7, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born July 8, 1910, in West Frankfort, Ill., daughter of Theodore and Bertha Mooneyham Mitchell. She and the Rev. S.S. Borum were married Spet. 9, 1933, in Jeffersonville, Ind.
Borum graduated from West Frankfort High School, attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a member of First Baptist Church, taught its Priscilla Sunday School Class, and was a member of St. Mark's Order of Eastern Star Chapter 167.
She lived in Cape Girardeau from 1950-57, then moved to Anna, Ill., lived six years in Detroit, Mich., was in Perryville from 1965-74, and moved back to Cape Girardeau in 1974.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Donald Borum of Tipton, Gary Borum of Gainesville, Fla.; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son and brother.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Revs. Richard McClure, Roy Jones and Donnie Ford officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
