BETTYE MARSHALL

SIKESTON -- A memorial service for Bettye Marshall will be held at 5:30 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home. Ed Pangburn and Mary McCord will officiate.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m.

Marshall, 75, died Monday, Sept. 20, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born June 3, 1924, at Sikeston, daughter of Dr. Chester and Ruth Arterburn Limbaugh. She and John W. Marshall were married Jan. 20, 1946, in Osceola, Ark.

Marshall was a member of First Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Beth Gaines of Sikeston, Christy Marshall of Cape Girardeau; and a brother, Michael Limbaugh of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by a son.
