SIKESTON, Mo. -- Lillie Betty Warren, 95, of Sikeston died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. She was born July 4, 1905, in Eddyville, Ky., daughter of Willie Washington and Ellen Rosa Fitts West. She and Woodrow Warren were married Aug. 9, 1952, in Piggott, Ark. He died Jan. 27, 1991...

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Lillie Betty Warren, 95, of Sikeston died Friday, Feb. 16, 2001, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born July 4, 1905, in Eddyville, Ky., daughter of Willie Washington and Ellen Rosa Fitts West.

She and Woodrow Warren were married Aug. 9, 1952, in Piggott, Ark. He died Jan. 27, 1991.

She was a member of Illinois Avenue General Baptist Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Sikeston.

Survivors include a son, Carl Thomann of Sikeston; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and a niece, Donna Evans of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Dale McFarland officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
