SIKESTON -- Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Perry, 76, died Friday, June 18, 1999, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center. She was born Feb. 6, 1923, in Vanduser, daughter of the late Freda Truesdale. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. She married David Perry, who died Dec. 3, 1991...
SIKESTON -- Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Perry, 76, died Friday, June 18, 1999, at the Sikeston Convalescent Center.
She was born Feb. 6, 1923, in Vanduser, daughter of the late Freda Truesdale.
She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church.

She married David Perry, who died Dec. 3, 1991.
She is survived by two sons, David Perry Jr. of Weatherford, Texas, and Rick Perry of Kingwood, Texas; two daughters, Cheryl Jensen of Sikeston and Nancy Smith of Soddy Daisy, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, with the Rev. Tom Bray officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Morley Cemetery at Morley.
