ADVANCE, Mo. -- Betty Jean Lewis, 69, of Advance died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, at Advance Nursing Center. She was born Feb. 14, 1938, at Gipsy, Mo., daughter of William and Esther Gribler Gregory. Lewis was a retired factory worker. Survivors include a son, Darrell Meador of Advance; a daughter, Debbie Litton of Dexter, Mo.; a brother, William Gregory of Flushing, Mich.; a sister, Dathel Kynion of Advance; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren...

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Betty Jean Lewis, 69, of Advance died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2007, at Advance Nursing Center.

She was born Feb. 14, 1938, at Gipsy, Mo., daughter of William and Esther Gribler Gregory.

Lewis was a retired factory worker.

Survivors include a son, Darrell Meador of Advance; a daughter, Debbie Litton of Dexter, Mo.; a brother, William Gregory of Flushing, Mich.; a sister, Dathel Kynion of Advance; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to service time Friday at Morgan Funeral Home.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ronnie Winchester officiating. Burial will be in Berrong Cemetery at Gipsy.
