SCOTT CITY -- Betty Jo Stephens, daughter of the late Harold and Jueldeen Palmer Livingston, was born July 31, 1941, in Cape Girardeau and departed her life Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, at her home in Cape Girardeau surrounded by family at the age of 82.

She was member of the Fathers Arms Fellowship Church in Scott City.

She is survived by one son, Floyd (Pamela) Stephens of Perryville, Missouri; three daughters, Cyndi Campbell of Cape Girardeau, Jacqueline (Robert) Raines of Scott City and Sara (Tom) Powers of Cape Girardeau; one sister, Sharon Swinford of Cape Girardeau; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Apart from her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Randy Lee Stephens; one brother, Harold Livingston; and two sisters, Carolyn Wright and Joyce Livingston.

Memorial visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at Fathers Arms Fellowship Church.

Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at the church, with the Rev. Kenny Strong officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fathers Arms Fellowship Church

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott city was in charge of arrangements.
