SCOTT CITY -- Betty Jewell Huckabee, 60, of Scott City died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 1999, at Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee.
She was born June 16, 1938, at Scopus, daughter of John Billy and Ruby Irene Pulliam Burns Angle. She and Gale Warren Huckabee were married July 7, 1968. He died Jan. 7, 1990.
Huckabee was a machine operator at Blair Industries.
Survivors include two sons, Donnie Pulliam of Benton, David Huckabee of Scott City; seven daughters, Connie Cassout and Carol Stevens of Scott City, Donna Burke of Benton, Carla Pulliam of California, Helen King of Fredericktown, Penny Blattel of Gordonville, April Baker of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Bill Angle of Scott City; a sister, Teresa Moit of Scott City; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Randy Morse officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery.
