PONCA CITY, Okla. -- Betty Lucille Farrow, resident of Ponca City, formerly of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015, at Ponca City Medical Center. She was 88.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Ford and Sons Funeral Home Sprigg Street location. Burial will then follow at the Lindsey Cemetery in McClure, Illinois. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory and Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Betty was born Feb. 4, 1926, to Wesley "Bill" E. Gregory and Ollie Matlock Gregory in McClure. She was married to Delbert P. Farrow in Cape Girardeau on July 19, 1963.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Lucille Gregory Dickerson and her husband, Rick, of Ponca City; brother, Wesley Gregory of Cape Girardeau; sisters, Pat Lewallen of Arnold, Missouri, Carol Bauer (Lloyd) of Kankakee, Illinois, and Ruth Dowler of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren, Jacqueline Woodall of York, Pennsylvania, Kimberly Ann Jennings (Jody) of Lanett, Alabama, and Richard Paul Dickerson (Lisa) of Wichita, Kansas; great-granddaughters, Charla Woodall of York and Emma Jennings of Lanett; and great-grandsons, Marcus Woodall and Kalib Woodall of York.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Howard Gregory; and husband, Delbert Farrow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an organization of the donor's choosing.
