ANNA, Ill. -- Betty Jo Collins, 61, of Anna, died Wednesday, June 26, 1996, at her home.
She was born April 18, 1935, at Murphysboro, daughter of Jewel and Laura Grammer Scarborough. She and Lynn E. Collins were married Feb. 19, 1963, in Granite City.
Collins was a real estate agent. She was a member of Bethlehem Judah Church of God and member of the Board of Realtors.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Laura Barton of Valdosta, Ga., Kathy Hart of St. Louis, Vicki Walton of Edwardsville; three sons, Kenneth and Travis Collins of Orlando, Fla., Raymond Stuart of Granite City; three sisters, Helen Qualls of Murphysboro, Margaret Rusk of Susanville, Calif., Marcy Billings of Peoria; 13 grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call at Bethlehem Judah Church from 5-8 p.m. today, and at Irwin Chapel in Granite City from 3-6 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Word of Life Tabernacle in Granite City. Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Cemetery at Belleville.
Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home at Anna is in charge of arrangements.
