ANNA, Ill. -- Betty D. Baker, 59, of Waterloo, Ill., died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2001, at her home. She was born Feb. 22, 1942, in Anna, daughter of Doyle and Jean Frick Graham. She and Jack Baker were married Sept. 16, 1961, in Jonesboro, Ill. He died March 19, 2000...

ANNA, Ill. -- Betty D. Baker, 59, of Waterloo, Ill., died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2001, at her home.

She was born Feb. 22, 1942, in Anna, daughter of Doyle and Jean Frick Graham. She and Jack Baker were married Sept. 16, 1961, in Jonesboro, Ill. He died March 19, 2000.

The Bakers owned and operated Waterloo Dairy Queen for 27 years. She was a member of Dairy Queen Operators Association and Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Jama Wolf of Coulterville, Ill.; a son, Eric Baker of Waterloo; her parents of Anna; and five grandchildren.

Friends may call at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home in Jonesobro from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Tony Troup will officiate. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
