CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Betty L. Asbridge, 82, of Chaffee passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017, at her family home.
She was born Sept. 12, 1934, in Jackson to the late Albert and Oma Mary Herzog Goehman. She married Marshall Paul Asbridge on July 25, 1953, and he preceded her in death Nov. 7, 2016.
Betty was a retired presser for Candy Cane Cleaners of Cape Girardeau. She was a member of Christian Mission Church in Benton, Missouri.
She is survived by a son, Mark (Karen) Asbridge of Chaffee; three daughters, Diane Kilburn of Chaffee, Marsha (Allen) Redfearn of Greenville, Missouri, and Tonya (John) Harrell of Chaffee; two sisters, Judy (Bill) Dewrock of Flint, Michigan, and Donna Franklin of Kilgore, Texas; 12 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by a brother; four sisters; a great-granddaughter, Lexy White; and a great-grandson, Deytan White.
Friends may call after 10:30 a.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
Funeral services will be at noon Monday in the chapel, with the Rev. Teresa Williams officiating. Burial will be at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
