BETTY ARBAUGH

SIKESTON -- Betty L. Arbaugh, 73, of Sikeston died Monday, April 10, 2000, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 22, 1926, at Sikeston, daughter of Cleve and Clara Kernell McCann. She and Charles L. Arbaugh were married Aug. 14, 1942, at Charleston.

Arbaugh retired as a printing press operator at Anchor Toy. She was a lifelong resident of Sikeston, and member of Hunter Memorial First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Sue Pratt of Gladstone, Reta Couch of New Iberia, La., Barbara Sailors of Sikeston; a sister, Lola Bennett of Sikeston; five grandchildren; and four great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Blanchard Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the chapel. The Rev. Rufus McLean will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
