BERTIE MAE WISEMAN

PHOENIX, Ariz. -- Bertie Mae Wiseman, 76, died Friday, Dec. 20, in Phoenix, Ariz.

She was born in Pauls Valley, Okla., on Sept. 12, 1920. She was the daughter of George and Ornie Thompson Cole. She married Charles Wiseman, who preceded her in death in 1991.

Wiseman is survived by five sons, Marion and Philip Wiseman of Phoenix, Ariz., Delmar Wiseman of Austin, Texas, Charles Wiseman of Brazil, Ind., and Ralph Wiseman of El Central, Calif.; two daughters, Bonita Wiseman of Crossville, Tenn., and Evelyn McHugh of Jackson, Mo.; three brothers, Sam and Howard Cole of Nevada and Dub Cole of New Mexico; and one sister, Bonita Johnson of Redding, Calif.

Visitation will be today Thursday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.

The Rev. Gary Whitehouse, pastor of Grace Fellowship Church, will conduct the funeral service, which will begin at 2 p.m. today.

Interment will follow in Grassy Friendship Cemetery.
