JONESBORO, Ill. -- Bertha Robertson, 85, of Jonesboro died Sunday, May 14, 2000, at Union County Hospital in Anna. She was born Dec. 18, 1914, in Claremont, Okla., daughter of Andrew and Amelia Crissip Hileman. She and Charles Robertson were married May 11, 1938. He died Sept. 23, 1971...

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Bertha Robertson, 85, of Jonesboro died Sunday, May 14, 2000, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born Dec. 18, 1914, in Claremont, Okla., daughter of Andrew and Amelia Crissip Hileman. She and Charles Robertson were married May 11, 1938. He died Sept. 23, 1971.

Robertson was retired from Elgin State Hospital. She was a member of First Christian Church in Anna.

Survivors include a daughter, Pat Glasco of Anna; two sons, Jack Robertson of Vergennes and Charles Robertson of Pioneertown, Calif.; a sister, Geneva Hopkins of DeKalb; three brothers, Warner Hileman of Anna, Jacob Hileman of Lee's Summit, Mo., Don Hileman of Goreville; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna from 5-8 p.m. Thursday.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Dave Soucie will officiate. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
