Bertha M. Hennecke of Havana, Ill., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Wednesday, April 22, 1992 at St. John's Hospital in Havana. She was 83. She was born Jan. 12, 1909 in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Fred and Katherine Held Weisenstein. She married Albert Hennecke on Nov. 21, 1936 in Cape Girardeau. He survives...

Bertha M. Hennecke of Havana, Ill., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Wednesday, April 22, 1992 at St. John's Hospital in Havana. She was 83.

She was born Jan. 12, 1909 in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Fred and Katherine Held Weisenstein. She married Albert Hennecke on Nov. 21, 1936 in Cape Girardeau. He survives.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Havana.

Other survivors are two sons, Paul Hennecke of Springfield, Ill. and John Hennecke of Chatham, Ill.; one brother, George Weisenstein of St. Louis and three grandchildren. Three sisters and one brother preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Havana. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Hurley Funeral Home in Havana.
