Bertha Hamm

ORAN, Mo. — Bertha H. Hamm, 87, of Oran died Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, at Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee, Missouri.

She was born Sept. 5, 1928, in Chaffee to Alvin W. and Amanda M. Stubenrauch Enderle. She married Gilbert A. Hamm on Sept. 1, 1948. He preceded her in death March 16, 1998.

She was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church and St. Ann Sodality.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Hamm of Benton, Missouri, and Alan Hamm of Oran; two daughters, Pamela (Kevin) Whitfield of San Antonio and Paula (Larry) Hatfield of Oran; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charles Enderle.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Oran. Parish rosary will be at 7 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery in Oran.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Guardian Angel Catholic Church.
