BELL CITY, Mo. -- Funeral for Bernis Lee McIntyre of Bell City will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, Mo. Cecil Adams will officiate. Burial will be in New Morley Cemetery at Morley, Mo.
McIntyre, 63, died Monday, Nov. 20, 2000, in Marston, Mo.
He was born Aug. 12, 1937, in Sikeston, son of Ferl and Elnora Eastabrook McIntyre.
McIntyre was a retired truck driver and worked for McIntyre Farms. He served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include a son, Lee McIntyre of Aurora, Colo.; his mother of Sikeston; five brothers, Charles McIntyre of Kingman, Ariz., Dale McIntyre of Palm Springs, Calif., Donald McIntyre of Cathedral City, Calif., Burley McIntyre of Bell City, Deon McIntyre of Morongo Valley, Calif.; a sister, Donna Clark of Texas; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
