PERRYVILLE -- Bernard H. "Benny" Koeper, 90, of Perryville died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born May 17, 1909 in Perry County, son of Herman and Mary Braun Koeper. He was retired from International Shoe Factory. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and Holy Name Society...

PERRYVILLE -- Bernard H. "Benny" Koeper, 90, of Perryville died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born May 17, 1909 in Perry County, son of Herman and Mary Braun Koeper.

He was retired from International Shoe Factory. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and Holy Name Society.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Beulah Koeper of Perryville; four nieces; and three nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

Friends may call at Young & Sons Funeral Home Chapel from 5:30-9 p.m. Monday and from 6:30-9:40 a.m. Tuesday.

Funeral will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Kevin Fausz and the Rev. Alphonse Hoernig officiating. Burial will be in St. Boniface Cemetery.
