Berlie Ivester, 72, of Tucson, Ariz., died Monday, May 2, 1994, at Tucson Veterans Administration Hospital.

He was born Nov. 16, 1921, at Dexter, son of Zelmar L. and Julia Temples Ivester.

Ivester was retired from the Navy, having served in World War II and Korea.

Survivors include his wife, Gerda Ivester of Tucson; his mother of Clewiston, Fla.; a sister, Anita Jo Rainey of Clewiston; four brothers, Gene Ivester of Bernie, Bert Ivester of Onaway, Mich., Keith Ivester of Scott City, and Harry Ivester of Cape Girardeau.

Two brothers preceded him in death.

No funeral service will be held.
