FARMINGTON -- Benton C. Mabuce, 79, of Farmington died Sunday, May 4, 1997, at Mae Hill Nursing Center in Farmington.
He was born Nov. 26, 1917, at Bessville, son of Emil and Mary Jane Murry Mabuce. He first married Jean Mabuce, who preceded him in death. He later married Beulah Stearns Sept. 5, 1981, at Farmington.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Brent and Reid Mabuce of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Sharon England of Fredericktown, Monica Lutes of Marble Hill; two stepsons, Kermit Stearns of St. Louis, Orville Stearns of Illinois; two stepdaughters, Kay Feezor of Farmington, Debbie Stearns of Union; a brother, Estel Mabuce of St. Louis; a sister, Monell Bietman of Cape Girardeau; 16 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in deth by his parents, a brother, and sister.
Friends may call at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church in Fredericktown, with the Rev. Gary Grey officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
