Benny Felton

Benny Joe Felton, 71, of Cape Girardeau passed away Monday, July 1, 2013, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan, Mo.

He was born July 22, 1941, in Orient, Ill., to William Vincent and Marcella Tabor Felton. He married Margaret Imhoff Felton on Aug. 24, 1997.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Felton of Cape Girardeau; a son, Brett (Melissa) Felton of St. Peters, Mo.; a stepdaughter, Marcia Warren of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren, Andrew Kempfer and Victoria Felton; two stepgrandsons, Mason and Ty Warren; and a sister, Carolyn Felton Baumgartner of Roxana, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Curt Felton.

Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Friday at Parker-Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort, Ill.

The funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Denning Cemetery on Orient Road.
