OLMSTED, Ill. -- Benjamin Samuel Mason, 88, Olmsted Route 1, died Thursday, Oct. 27, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Dec. 16, 1905, son of William Campbell and Mollie Steers Mason. He married Virginia Sisk, who died May 29, 1982.
Mason was a retired farmer.

Survivors include a son, B. Franklin Mason of Olmsted; a daughter, Elizabeth Link of Arnold, Mo., and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge from 6-9 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Vernon McClellan officiating. Burial will be in Cairo City Cemetery.
