PERRYVILLE -- Benjamin J. Berkbuegler, 59, of Perryville died Wednesday, May 24, 2000, at his home. He was born March 19, 1941, in Perry County, son of Ben and Gertrude Rulo Berkbuegler. PERRYVILLE -- Benjamin J. Berkbuegler, 59, of Perryville died Wednesday, May 24, 2000, at his home.

He was born March 19, 1941, in Perry County, son of Ben and Gertrude Rulo Berkbuegler. He and Shirley J. Robertson were married Feb. 10, 1962.

Berkbuegler worked at Chrysler. He was a member of Christ the Savior Catholic Church at Brewer, and member of NRA.

Survivors include a daughter, Kathy Berkbuegler of Perryville; a son, Mark Berkbuegler of Perryville; two brothers, Richard Berkbuegler of Festus, Ray Berkbuegler of St. Louis; three sisters, Lucille Mohesky of St. Johns, Betty Moll of Perryville, Wanda Lukefahr of Highland; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, and a sister.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Christ the Savior Church. The Rev. Felipe Martinez will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
