BELLE DROBAZ

DEXTER, Mo. -- Belle Drobaz, 83, of Dexter died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2001, at her residence.

She was born July 24, 1917, at Colton, Calif., daughter of Ben Everett and Mattie Ralph Hart. She and Louis M. Drobaz were married June 9, 1946, in Los Angeles, Calif. He died April 6, 1981.

Drobaz had moved from Los Angeles to Dexter in 1977. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and participated in the church's Joy Club. She was also a member of the Dexter Memorial Hospital auxiliary and Beta Sigma Phi club.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Lillian Drobaz of California.

She was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.

Friends may call at Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 4-7 p.m. Monday.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Dexter Cemetery. The Rev. Wayne Dismuke will officiate.
