CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Beatrice Mary Baudendistel, 95, of Charleston, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo.
She was born June 7, 1910, in Highland, Mo., daughter of Henry Louis and Appie Unterriener Ranaud. She and Frank Joseph Baudendistel were married May 29, 1933. He died on June 9, 1974.
Baudendistel was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church and was a member in numerous church organizations. She was also a member of the St. Henry's Quilting Club and Texas Bend Extension Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Whiteside of Charleston; a brother, Harold Renaud of Louisville, Ky.; three sisters, Gertrude Stricker of Charleston, Catherine Pottinger of Dallas, Texas, and Mabel Tenkhoff of Oran, Mo.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and one sister.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston, with the Rev. Scott Sunnenberg officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery near Charleston.
