Barbara Ann Vance, 65, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She was born July 11, 1941, in Oak Brook, Ill., daughter of John Stanley and Mary Hagan. She and John S. Vance were married Feb. 14, 1959, in Westmont, Ill. He died April 15, 2006...
Barbara Ann Vance, 65, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born July 11, 1941, in Oak Brook, Ill., daughter of John Stanley and Mary Hagan. She and John S. Vance were married Feb. 14, 1959, in Westmont, Ill. He died April 15, 2006.
She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include two sons, Steve Vance of Chanhassen, Minn., Bill Vance of Glenallen, Mo.; two daughters, Mary Rodriguez of Payson City, Utah, Laurie Vance of Charlotte, N.C.; two brothers, Jim Hagan of Darien, Ill., Rob Hagan of Elmhurst, Ill.; four sisters, Beverly Simmons of Sarasota, Fla., Jo Polacek of Bolingbrook, Ill., Debbie Lammens of Hartford, Ky., Pam McKinney of Beaver Dam, Ky.; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bethel Assembly of God, with Phillip Roop and Jack Smart officiating.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
