BARBARA SCHWAB

Barbara Schwab, 86, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, June 18, 1995, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Dec. 3, 1908, at St. Louis, the daughter of Adolph and Barbara Jaros Jarosik. She and Arthur C. Schwab were married April 6, 1946.

Schwab was a lifelong member of St. Mary's Cathedral. She was a employed as a bookkeeper by the former Walther's Furniture and Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. She retired in 1978.

She is survived by two sons, Jerry and John Schwab, of Cape Girardeau; a brother, William Jarosik of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Cathedral, with Monsignor Richard Rolwing officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
