Barbara Arthur

Barbara Ann Arthur, 70, of Jackson passed away Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022, at her home.

She was born Dec. 16, 1951, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Herman and Marcella Reynolds Margrabe. She and George Arthur were married June 28, 1970.

Barbara worked as a surgical technician at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Loving survivors include her husband, George; a son, Brian (Laura) Arthur of Cape Girardeau; and a granddaughter, Dayna Arthur of St. Louis.

Also surviving are three siblings, Debra Greable, Marilyn (Jim) Evans, both of Cape Girardeau, and Richard (Brenda) Margrabe of Jackson.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, Kay Beard, Jane Jones, Charles Jacobs and Kevin Margrabe.

There will be no services.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to Southeast Hospice.
