Audrey James

Audrey C. James, 77, of Jackson passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019.

She was born Dec. 24, 1941, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Hansel L. and Velda E. Mitchell Gill.

Audrey graduated from Delta High School. She worked 24 years at Walmart in Jackson.

Loving survivors include two sons, Craig James and Kevin James, both of Colorado, and a sister, Janet (Larry) Dunning of Delta.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lisa James; and two brothers, James and Mitchell Gill.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Brian Gill officiating. Burial will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
