EAST PRAIRIE -- Arthur O. Bramlett, 77, of East Prairie, died Thursday, Nov. 3, 1994, at his home.
He was born July 9, 1917, at Point Pleasant, son of James Arthur and Ida Marshall Bramlett. He and Pauline Pinnon were married Oct. 10, 1936. She died March 10, 1989.
Prior to moving here in 1978, he was a spray painter at Rexahm in Rockford, Ill. He was retired from Hammond Organ Co. in Sikeston. Bramlett was a member of First General Baptist Church in East Prairie. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include two sons, Ivan and Randy Bramlett of East Prairie; a daughter, Joy Bramlett of Rockford, Ill.; a brother, Harold Bramlett of Muncie, Ind.; eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son.
Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 3 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Glen Crowe officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery near Morley.
