MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Arnold Ray Yount, 73, of Marble Hill entered into rest Monday, Sept. 11, 2017, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 22, 1944, in Bessville, Missouri, son of William F. and Helen M. Green Yount.
Arnold had worked as a tuckpointer and served his country proudly in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his sons, Darrell Ray Yount of Iowa and Marshall Yount of Missouri; daughter, Laura Bobette Yount of Missouri; and sisters, Wilma Lee Ray of House Springs, Missouri, Thelma Keller of Perryville, Missouri, and Faye Huckstep of Marble Hill.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Dale, Paul and Roy Yount.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Funeral service will be at noon Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Fred Ritter officiating. Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, with full military rites.
