PERRYVILLE -- Arnold W. Buchheit, 73, of Perryville, died Monday, July 1, 1991, at Perry County Hospital. He was born May 21, 1918, at Longtown, son of Antone E. and Mary Meyer Buchheit. He and Bernice Henderson were married May 4, 1940. Buchheit worked on the assembly line at Bilt Best. He was a member of Christ the Savior Church at Brewer, VFW and American Legion. PERRYVILLE -- Arnold W. Buchheit, 73, of Perryville, died Monday, July 1, 1991, at Perry County Hospital.

He was born May 21, 1918, at Longtown, son of Antone E. and Mary Meyer Buchheit. He and Bernice Henderson were married May 4, 1940.

Buchheit worked on the assembly line at Bilt Best. He was a member of Christ the Savior Church at Brewer, VFW and American Legion. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Irene Gibbar of Perryville; a sister, Anna Buchheit of Perryville, and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers, Edwin, Clements and Antone.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. today at Christ the Savior Church. The Rev. Felipe Martinez will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, with Young and Sons Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
