DUDLEY, Mo. -- Archie Lee Lack, 52, of Dudley died Friday, Nov. 17, 2000, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.
He was born Jan. 24, 1948, in Steele, Mo., son of Sam and Mabel Austin Lack. He and Annette Minyard were married May 12, 1990, at Fisk, Mo.
He was a plumber and farmer and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. A former resident of Steele, he had lived in Dudley since 1965.
Survivors include his wife; two stepdaughters, Sherry Lee Hargate of Dudley and Patricia Johnson of Fisk, Mo.; his mother of Caruthersville, Mo.; three brothers, Jack D. Lack of Poplar Bluff, Mo., McAuther Lack of Sacramento, Calif., and Harry Lack of Woodville, Ala.; three sisters, Bobby White of Caruthersville, Jo Pugh of Steele and Carole Hornsby of Poplar Bluff; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, five brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Larry Ward officiating. Burial will be at Shain Memorial Cemetery near Ash Hill, Mo.
