GRAND CHAIN, Ill. -- Aoudy Eddleman, 85, Grand Chain Route 1, died Monday, Sept. 29, 1997, at his home.
He was born Nov. 8, 1911, in Grand Chain, son of Thomas and Cora Eastwood Eddleman. He married the former Clatie Badgley.
Eddleman owned a farm, and had served on the Grand Chain School Board. He was a member of Ohio Chapel United Methodist Church and its cemetery board, and member of Illinois Farm Bureau.
Survivors include a sister, Ethel Clark of Grand Chain.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, a sister, and a brother.
Friends may call at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak from 5-9 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Ohio Chapel Church, with the Revs. Randy Douglas and Joey Dunning officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
