Anthony Daye, 44, of Fort Wayne, Ind., died Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005, at Parkview Hospital after a long battle with cancer.
He was known as "Tony" by his friends and family. Tony graduated from Central High School in 1979, where he was a member of the track team.

He is survived by his mother, Minnie Lee, and a daughter, Markesa Daye of Fort Wayne.
He leaves behind his cherished memories, a host of relatives and friends, and a special friend, Elaine Snyder.
Service will be held at noon Friday at Carmichael Funeral Services of Fort Wayne.
