She was the daughter of John and Minnie Arnzen of Lakewood, formerly of Cape Girardeau. Kozlowski graduated from Notre Dame High School, and was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral. She was a retired secretary with Pacific Ocean Pumps in Long Beach.

Survivors include her husband, Gene; a sister, Mary Kreutzer of San Bernardino, Calif., and a brother, William Arnzen of Paducah, Ky.
