Anna Mae Baine, 95, of Olive Branch, Illinois, died Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, at Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Nov. 11, 1923, in Russell, Arkansas, the daughter of Charles and Pearl Emmet Danner. She married Ernest Baine on Oct. 26, 1941. He preceded her in death Aug. 21, 1985.
Anna Mae worked for Burkharts in Cairo, Illinios, for 27 years. She was a faithful member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church for many years. She loved being in her flower garden.
Anna Mae is survived by her daughters, Barbara Gowin of Olive Branch and Sue Turner of Rolla, Missouri; six grandchildren, Bret Gowin, Dawn Carlton, Brian Turner, Brad Turner, Brent Turner and Brenda Shivers; 17 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Lee Jamison of Slidell, Louisiana; and brother, Ray Danner of Metropolis, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Ernest.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Illinois.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Larry Buckles officiating. Interment to follow in McCrite Cemetery in Tamms.
Memorial contributions may be made to McCrite Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
