SIKESTON -- Anna I. Kirksey, 91, of Sikeston died Thursday, Nov. 12, 1998, at her home.

She was born Nov. 25, 1906, in Hazelton, Ind., daughter of William and Sarah Thorn. She married Isaac Kirksey in 1936, who died in 1973.

Kirksey was formerly of Hazelton and Jensen Beach, Fla.

Survivors include a great-niece, Barbara Nimmo, with whom she made her home; and a nephew, Oscar "Buddy" Woods of Bloomfield.

She was preceded in death by eight brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-7 p.m. Sunday.

Aycock Funeral Home in Jensen Beach will be in charge of arrangements in Florida. A graveside service will be held later at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Vero Beach, Fla.
