Anna Eddleman

Anna Marie Eddleman, 81, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Feb. 1, 2002, at the Lutheran Home.

Born June 14, 1920, in Cape Girardeau, she was the daughter of James L. and Gertrude Pearl Borneman Green.

On March 25, 1941, she was married to Walter C. Eddleman. He died July 18, 1988.

A member of Maple United Methodist Church in Cape, she belonged to the Loyal Aiders Sunday School Class and was active in the choir.

Eddleman was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary 3838 and was formerly active in the PTA in Cape.

She was a loving mother and homemaker. She had lived in the Lutheran Home for two years.

Loving survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Lonnie Bangert and Donna and Jim Mason, all of Jackson, Mo.; a brother, J.W. Green of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Ella Dee Crow of Jefferson City, Mo., and Mary Sue Oldham of Jackson; a great-granddaughter, Morgan Bangert of Jackson.

In addition to her parents, two brothers and a grandson, Rob Bangert, preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape. Funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Jim Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Cape County Memorial Park.
