CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Anna Marie Dirnberger, 94, of Chaffee died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, at her home.
She was born Nov. 20, 1920, in Kelso, Missouri, to Louis Anthony and Catherine Theresa Heisserer Burger. She married Harold Dirnberger on Nov. 23, 1942, in Kelso. He preceded her in death Oct. 14, 1983.
She was a seamstress for Buckstein Pants Factory.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee, the Ladies Sodality of both churches and the V.F.W. Ladies Auxillary Post 6407.
She is survived by a son, Douglas (Sherry) Dirnberger of Chaffee; three grandchildren, Andrea (Zachary) Horman and Mitchell and Austin Dirnberger, all of Chaffee; and a great-grandson, Dane Horman.
She was preceded in death by a brother and nine sisters.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Parish prayers will be at 6 p.m., immediately followed by a Knights of Columbus service.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, with the Revs. Joe Weidenbenner and Randy Tochtrop as concelebrants.
Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery.
