SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Anna "Cricket" Dickerson of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Billie Butler will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Tom Godwin. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Dickerson, 90, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Dec. 1, 1902, in Bardwell, Ky., daughter of George Washington and Emily Jane Tinnon Dickerson.

Dickerson had been an elementary teacher in Blandville, Ky., and was a member of the United Pentecostal Church here.

Survivors include three sisters, Sadye Scoles, Edith Kellick and Carrie Dickerson, all of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
