COMMERCE, Mo. -- Anna B. Cannon, 84, of Owensville, Mo., died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis. She was born April 14, 1920, at Commerce, daughter of Garrett W. and Edna Gaither Marshall. She and Paul Wesley Cannon were married Sept. 26, 1943, at Benton, Mo. He died Dec. 24, 1987...
COMMERCE, Mo. -- Anna B. Cannon, 84, of Owensville, Mo., died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born April 14, 1920, at Commerce, daughter of Garrett W. and Edna Gaither Marshall. She and Paul Wesley Cannon were married Sept. 26, 1943, at Benton, Mo. He died Dec. 24, 1987.
Cannon was head maid 14 years at Hotel Governor in Jefferson City, Mo. She was a volunteer at Frene Valley Nursing Home in Owensville, and a member of First Methodist Church in Jefferson City.

Survivors include two sons, Paul Cannon of Owensville, Daniel Cannon of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Morley, Mo. The Rev. Scott Moon will officiate.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home at Benton is in charge of arrangements.
