SCOTT CITY -- Funeral service for Mrs. Anna Augusta Helena Roth of Scott City will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Eisleben Lutheran Church. The Rev. Daniel Wagner and David Dissen, nephew of Mrs. Roth, will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home here after 3 p.m. Friday. A prayer service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. John Roth, a grandson, officiating.

Mrs. Roth, 94 years old, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 1990, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born Nov. 25, 1896, in Woodworth, Ill., daughter of William Von and Elizabeth Koester Dissen. She married August John Roth Aug. 22, 1920. He died Aug. 11, 1971.

Mrs. Roth was a member of Eisleben Church, its Ladies Aid and LWML.

Survivors include three sons, James Roth of Scott City, Edward Roth of Frankenmuth, Mich., David Roth of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Mabel Schwark and Ruth Fuhrmann of Indianapolis, Ind., Bernice Nebel of Kirkwood; a brother, Walter Roth of Yakima, Wash.; two sisters, Greta Schleicher of Indianapolis, Ruth Besel of Cleveland, Ohio; 16 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
