ORAN, Mo. -- Andie Lee McClain, 62, of Oran passed away Friday, Aug. 28, 2015, at his home.
He was born Nov. 6, 1952, in East Prairie, Missouri, to the late Millard Allen and Myrtle Maye Hubbard McClain. He married Brenda Smith on Sept. 11, 1971, and she survives.
Andie was owner and operator of Mac's Garage in Oran for over 10 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Germany.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Faye McClain of the home; one daughter, Christy Niswonger of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren, Jonna, Samuel and Olivia Niswonger, all of Jackson; two brothers, Charles and Benny McClain, both of Oran; and four sisters, Audrey Hosentfeld of Oran, Linda Burrell of East Prairie, Doris Baker of Brookport, Illinois, and Darlene Brooks of Oran.
Andie also was preceded in death by one brother, Doil Gene McClain.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. until time of prayer service Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. The prayer service will be at 7 p.m. Monday, with the Rev. Jim Simmons officiating.
A graveside service with full military honors presented by the Missouri Honor Guard will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Old Salem Methodist Cemetery in Millersville, with the Rev. Charles Newell officiating.
Full military honors to be provided by the Missouri Military Funeral Honors at the grave site.
