GLENALLEN, Mo. -- Alma Marie Ricketts, 87, of Glenallen passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013, at her home.

Born on April 30, 1926, in Glenallen, she was the daughter of Lester Lee and Dora Alice Burns Phelps. She married James Ford Ricketts on April 25, 1958, in Holly Springs, Miss. He survives.

She was a knowledgeable antique collector and dealer. A member of the Glenallen United Methodist Church, she also attended the Marble Hill Bible Chapel.

Besides her husband, survivors include four daughters: Jackie M. (Bob) MacKay and Mary Ellen Hennemann, both of Florida, Sue (Rodger) Yount of Barnhart, Mo., and Dodi A. (David) Conrad of Marble Hill, Mo.; two sons, Bill Lee (Patti) Ricketts of Marble Hill and Jimmy L. Ricketts of Glenallen; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Virginia Wright.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.

A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with Dr. John Englehart officiating. Burial will be in the Glenallen Cemetery.
