ALLIE WATSON

Allie B. Watson, 88, died Monday, June 10, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born April 11, 1908, in Carrsville, Ky., daughter of Fidelo H. and Susie Threlkeld Moore. She and Daniel Ivan Watson were married June 27, 1927. He died Jan. 7, 1972.

Watson worked in the dietary department at Elgin State Hospital in Elgin, Ill. She was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Vivian Burton and Ann Cogdill of Cape Girardeau, Iris Misner of Benton, Ky.; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Arthur Hunt officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery at Salem, Ky.
